About the Speaker

Rich Tinsley, President & CEO, Stoneridge Partners - Rich Tinsley joined Stoneridge Partners as President & CEO in December 2015. An Attorney and CPA, Rich has broad experience in the healthcare and business development fields. His previous experience includes roles at Signature Healthcare, where he served as Chief Development Officer as well as Vice Chairman of the company’s Home Care, Assisted Living and Residential Group Home segments. During Mr. Tinsley’s tenure, Signature continued a disciplined and selective acquisition strategy, closing transactions on more than 45 facilities with $350+ million in revenue.

Prior to that, he served as Chief Development Officer for ResCare and as their Executive VP of Workforce Solutions, where he oversaw a very active deal team looking at 100+ deals per year with revenue targets of approximately $100 million per year in acquisition growth.
